District Level & Below
    • District level implementation to be designed by State/UT as per local context
    • Involvement of State Education Departments, DIETs, BRCs, CRCs and other govt. depts/organisations
    • State/UT to decide the structure and strategy of implementation
    • Planning and monitoring at District, Block and Scholl level for both rural and urban sectors as per local contexts and requirements
